Equipment Safety & Testing
All our equipment is fully tested to ensure complete safety, any equipment showing signs of damage will be removed from our hire inventory.
Is all the equipment on your website your own or are you an Agency?
Everything we hire belongs to Bouncy Rascals and is our own equipment both operated and supervised by our own fully trained in house staff. In the unlikely event that we need to procure a piece of equipment from elsewhere to avoid your disappointment, we will inform you of this.
Why should you choose Bouncy Rascals?
We have been providing inflatable bouncy castles and the like for many years and this is our full time business – we do not do this as a hobby! You can contact us Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm on 07973 753840 however we always provide hire customers with an emergency out of hours contact number that you can call anytime.
Do we have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes... our Public Liability Insurance covers up us to £5 Million in the extremely unlikely event something should happen as resulting from faulty equipment. If you are supervising other people’s children on one of our Bouncy Castles, we recommend that you have you own insurance against any accidents as this is always your own responsibility. However if you require a member of the Bouncy Rascals team to be on site and supervising the equipment for you we have full Accident Insurance as well for your complete peace of mind.
Are your Inflatable Supervisors Police checked to be around children?
Yes absolutely, any of our staff that may come in contact with children are fully background checked by ourselves AND have currently DBS checked too (formerly called a CRB Check).
How far do you deliver your equipment?
We are based in Haverhill, Suffolk and deliver FREE OF CHARGE to the town and the surrounding few miles. However we have provided our services all over the UK in the past so always give us a call to see if we can help out, it’s always worth a try!
Are there any time limits for hiring?
No you can hire any of our items for as long as you wish!
Do Bouncy Rascals set up inflatables on delivery?
Yes, all the equipment we hire is always fully set up for you so it is ready to use. In the event that setting up immediately is inconvenient for you, full instructions will be provided by our delivery operator.
Are you able to provide power if the event is in a field for instance?
If no power is available when you are ordering your equipment please let us know and we will add a generator to you order with a small additional hire fee.
How do we pay for the items we want to hire?
If your total amount of your hire is under £125.00 you can order and pay Cash on the day. If the total is more than £125.00 we will need 25% deposit when ordering then the balance 7 days prior to the event date unless agreed otherwise beforehand.
How can we pay for hire, can we pay on the website?
You can pay for your hire charges by Cash, BACS Transfer or Cheque. We can also take a PayPal payment however a small additional charge of 4% is made for this service. Unfortunately we do not currently accept payments on our website.
If the weather is bad on the day of the hire can we get a refund?
Unfortunately not... if only the world worked that way! However we understand the disappointment when this happens so we will always make sure that if you would like to hire on another day, the hire costs would be more than favourable to you as way of compensation.
Do you do out of season booking discounts?
Yes indeed, any quotes given out of season for future hire will be most favourable but quotes only last 7 days so be quick to book your hire to get the best possible early bird price!
